Dr. Rebecca K. Steele-Dadzie

Rebecca K. Steele-Dadzie is a trained nutritionist/dietitian and a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Dietetics.  She teaches courses in food safety, food service and medical nutrition therapy of cardiovascular and renal diseases. Her research interests are nutrition in chronic diseases and food and nutrition security of persons with disability.
