COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course blends nutrition science with culinary arts, teaching chefs and culinary professionals to create healthy, flavorful meals while preserving nutrients.
Participants gain hands-on experience and collabo- rate with dietitians to plan special diets and manage health conditions through food.
Requirements
A chef or a cook and persons with any other rele- vant experience in nutrition or culinary practice Must have at least SHS/TVET certificate
