Laurene Boateng (PhD, PgDipEd, RD) is a registered dietitian and a senior lecturer in the Department of Dietetics, University of Ghana. She serves as the clinical placement coordinator for the Department and also teaches courses in Medical Nutrition Therapy at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Research Areas
Her research interests include clinical nutrition and dietetics practice, education and leadership.
