
Dr. Matilda Asante is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Dietetics. She is a registered dietician and a nutritionist. Her area of expertise is in medical nutrition therapy for cardiovascular diseases.
Research work focuses on diet and chronic disease risk, food consumption patterns, functional foods, dietetics professional practice and culinary nutrition.
